The Greg White Insurance Agency is currently seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals for a full-time position as a Insurance Customer Service Representative. Our insurance office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual for our agency. Prior Allstate Agency experience as a customer service representative a plus. Insurance industry experienceis not required, rather the right motivation and fit for the job. If you are open and coach-able, I am willing to train theright person. If you are great at building and maintaining relationships and detailed oriented, thenyou are a great fit Benefits Base pay 35k-48k depending on experience plus weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual bonus opportunities. Two to threeweeks paid time off depending on experience. You will love your coworkers 8:30-5:00 Monday-Thursday 9-5 Friday Health insurance option Paid for company training Responsibilities Take payments and initiate policy changes Develop Cross sales to existing customers Provide service onauto, home,flood, cycle and boat insurance. This is primarily a service role not sales. Foster strong relationships with our customers. Requirements Obtain the general lines property and casualty license. Prior insurance experience not required Outgoing, detailed orientedwho is punctual, honest, motivated, and a self starter. Assessment application isrequired to interview which will provide information on where best to place you.
